Partnership Spotlight: Knights of Columbus OLGC Council #15658

Ultrasound is pivotal to what we do at AlphaCare. Offering women factual information about their pregnancy hinges on accurate imaging, measurements, and dating during the sonogram. While, a positive pregnancy test lets a woman know she’s pregnant, the ultrasound images allow her to see the life growing inside her and make informed choices about the health of her and her baby.

For this reason, the gift of a brand-new ultrasound machine is an invaluable blessing! As 2023 came to a close, AlphaCare was generously gifted with the funds to purchase a new machine by the Knights of Columbus OLGC Council #15658. This new machine is a much-needed upgrade that will be used to serve clients on our Mobile Medical Unit throughout the city.

However, this gift didn’t just stop with us! In providing a new ultrasound machine to AlphaCare, Council #15658 additionally blessed a second center who received AlphaCare’s old machine as a starter ultrasound for a newly launched satellite site. As a result, we have been deeply blessed to both receive and to give of our resources. We are so grateful for the contribution of the Knights of Columbus and all the hard work their council leadership dedicated to supporting AlphaCare through this project.
